Money for Visas in Indochina

If you're travelling in Indochina, keep a seperate amount of dollars from your main money for entry visas as Cambodia and Laos require payment in dollars, and it can be a bit of a pain trying to get that currency in Vietnam especially. We had to rely on a hotel clerk changing it for us, and I ended up getting an old $10 note which they refused to accept at the border.
