I was just wondering if anybody else has had problems sunscribing to Real Travel?
I subscribed back in August 2009, and didn't get my first issue until the November 2009 issue. Therefore I missed out on getting October 2009, which is the only issue I am missing since issue 1. I have tried ordering this as a back issue, wanting two copies, one to keep at home, and one to get sent to me while travelling (as I will be travelling Central America, its main topic in April). However, since the order was placed back in October/November time, the have still not been delivered.
Also, I am still awaiting for my free gift, that has never arrived.
Don't get me wrong, I have no problems with the magazine, I love reading it, it is just contacting them seems a bit of a problem.
Has anybody else had problems like this? And how did you go about sorting it out?

I've also had problems in the past with my subscription. The main one being that it is not clear how to unsubscribe. They do not email or contact you when the subscription is up and ask if you would like to renew your subscription, they just keep taking the money.
Also I had difficulty finding contact details when changing my address when I moved house - I got a reply in the end from mailto:realtravel@servicehelpline.co.uk">realtravel@servicehelpline.co.uk

I NEVER did receive my free gift for subscribing, it's been like 15 months now, and they don't even offer free gifts anymore
